Zakaj so IT vodje ključni za pametnejša skladišča
Ob bližajočih se SAP rokih imajo slovenski CIO-ji strateško priložnost: povezati skladišče z digitalnim jedrom podjetja.
SAP bo s 31. decembrom 2027 ukinil podporo za aplikacije Business Suite 7, vključno z rešitvijo SAP ECC 6.0. To postavlja slovenska podjetja pod vse večji pritisk, da pravočasno zaključijo prehod na SAP S/4HANA. Med ocenjenimi 70 % SAP uporabnikov, ki še vedno uporabljajo ECC 6.0, jih veliko osredotoča izključno na nadgradnjo osrednjih ERP funkcij – pri tem pa spregledajo področje z velikim transformacijskim potencialom: skladišče.
Skladišča, ki so bila nekoč zgolj operativni podsistemi, postajajo integrirana, podatkovno bogata okolja. Znana imena, kot sta SSI Schäfer ali Knapp, prav tako ponujajo visoko SAP kompatibilnost, vendar so njihove rešitve pogosto namenjene velikim distribucijskim centrom in zahtevajo kompleksnejše integracijske projekte. Kardex pa s svojo modularno arhitekturo odlično ustreza srednje velikim proizvodnim, logističnim in farmacevtskim podjetjem – kar velja za večino slovenskih malih in srednje velikih podjetij (MSP). Zasnovano za prostorske in kadrovske izzive v Sloveniji
